Our finishing department is set up to meet and exceed industry standards. Our folder-gluers include a state-of-the-art Signature Select 110 folder-gluer with servo driven backfolders for 4- and 6-corner trays delivering top productivity, thanks to advanced technology and high-quality features. We can convert the most complex designs and we boast one of the most diverse folding carton style offerings in the field. Further, our folder-gluers feature the Eight Sensor / Four Zone G-Net Verification System with Touch-Screen Computer Interfaces. These units test for adhesive pattern presence / measurement / detection (hot & cold), Cello window presence / placement, verification, bar-code verification / SKU batch tracking, and include an integrated faulty carton alarm and ejection system. These detectors are networked through an integrated MIS interface which racks and records machine speed, production rate, total operating efficiency, and downtime.
